Modeling and simulation environments. To simulate Modelica models, a Modelica simulation environment is needed that translates the models for simulation. The Modelica Buildings Library is being tested with Dymola, OPTIMICA and JModelica as part of our continuous integration testing, which tests more than 2000 models. Modelica Simulation Environments are available commercially and free of charge, such as CATIA Systems, Dymola, LMS AMESim, JModelica.org, MapleSim, MWorks, OpenModelica, SimulationX, and Wolfram SystemModeler. Modelica models can be imported conveniently into Simulink using export features of Dymola, MapleSim, and SimulationX. Jmodelica interface close automatically when simulating a model I compiled my model fmu successfully using Jmodelica, and tried to simulate the model in Jmodelica as well.

About JModelica.org JModelica.org is an extensible Modelica-based open source platform for optimization, simulation and analysis of complex dynamic systems.
